The first State of Play of 2024 featured 17 games. State of Play is our video program showcasing all the latest updates, announcements, and new trailers from the world of PlayStation. PlayStation hosted its first State of Play event of 2024 today, and we got over 40 minutes of updates on games coming to PS5. Sony's first State of Play is set for January 31 and promises an over-40-minute look at the future of PlayStation, including Stellar Blade.

The PlayStation Showcase 2021 featured announcements for Gran Turismo 7, God of War: Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, and more. The show also featured a special appearance by actor Russell Crowe, who will be playing Zeus in the upcoming God of War game. Other actors who have appeared in State of Play presentations include Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams, and Helen Mirren.
